Return policy

It is important that you are happy with your order you can make a return for a refund provided you follow the conditions of the sale.

The return must be dispatched from your address within 5 days of receipt from your delivery.

Any refund requests received after 5 days from receipt will not be eligible for refund or acceptable for return.

Any returned purchases must be in their original packaging and condition with no additional signs of wear or tear.

Products will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that the product is not sellable we will return it back to you and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Any instance whereby the item has been damaged in a way not listed in the description provided but still sellable, will incur a damage fee of 15% of the total order value, this is to be applied at our discretion depending on the damage incurred, this is to cover the additional costs of repair/dry cleaning.

If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and email a picture or pictures of the damaged items. 

Customers are responsible for all postage costs on any returned goods. including insurance in the event items are lost. Any refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will not include any shipping costs.

You can return your order to us via any tracked method, we recommend you have insurance for your parcel as we will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your tracking reference for your records, customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with the shipper. Please ensure to package your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the item in transit.

Frequent bulk purchasers and returners are at risk of having their accounts put on hold, frozen or blocked.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

·     Jewelry

·     Earrings

·     Final sale items

Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within two days of purchase unless we are closed for a holiday period or over the Christmas period in which case a note will show on your order showing the estimated dispatch date.

Orders will be sent via tracked and insured courier.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once a shipping label is generated.

Please note all delivery times are estimates given by the courier company and as such we are not able to 100% guarantee these delivery time scales. If the parcel is delivered later than expected we can not cover the cost of shipping or claim for late delivery.

Please ensure the correct full shipping address is entered when ordering as we can not be held responsible for a parcel going missing due to an incorrect address.
